Booking Process

Now that you have set your date and locked in your venue, you are looking at booking in your dream team of vendors that are the perfect fit to bring the magic of your day to life.

However, we understand that this part of the planning can be overwhelming as it’s a whole new territory to navigate. That being said, we have put together an easy peasy process to get your florals ticked off your list.

 

Set a floral budget

The first step is one of the most important steps before we start anything.

Your Budget!?! EEEKK!!! I know! It can be such an uncomfortable conversation, however it's necessary in knowing how we can best fulfil your floral dreams and helps us to be transparent with you as to what is or isn't possible within the boundaries of your set financial commitment.

A guideline that is good to consider is how much flowers mean to you both on your day.

For modest beautiful florals, it is ideal to allocate a budget of 10-15% of your overall wedding budget.

If you want that epic floral impact with an abundance of premium Florals and foliage, you are looking at setting aside around 20-30% of your overall budget.

All your details

For this part of the process, you may want to pop the kettle on or pour the wine as we get to all the finer details of what you want on your floral list.

At first our enquiry form may seem like a lot of questions, but it's everything we need to cover and really does save time in the long run as we move forward in the process.

Once we have all your information, we will confirm if we are available for your date, then you get to sit back and relax as we get to work on your designs and put together an estimate.

We usually like to allow 2-3 weeks to do this process, depending on where we are in our peak wedding season.

Lock it in

Once we have emailed you the estimate, we automatically hold your date for a 2-week period to give you some time to review everything and contact us if you would like to make any tweaks and changes to your proposal. If within this time, we have not had any communication from you, then your date is opened up again.

If you are happy to move forward and lock us in, then we require a $1,000 Non-Refundable deposit to hold your date.

We will send through your wedding package with a contract to be signed by both of you and an invoice of the deposit on your total floral quote.

The final payment for your account will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Once we have received your signed contract and your deposit, we are officially ALL YOURS!!!!

At 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding, we like to touch base with you and ideally set up either a face time or phone call to catch up and go over everything, just in case we need to make any changes.

From here all you need to do is relax and enjoy all the special moments of your day, safe in the knowledge that we have all the magic floral vibes covered.
